Q: What can I do if I can’t see a specific product I am looking for?

 

A: Please send us an email with the product name, SKU, and any other relevant details, requests or questions and we will do our best to locate the item/ items in question. 

 

Q: What if the item I would like is showing as sold out?

 

A: Contact us with the SKU and we will be able to let you know if you have any on order or be able to place a special order.

 

Q: How soon after my order is placed will it be shipped?

 

A: All in stock items will be shipped within 2 business days.

 

Q: Do you offer gunsmithing?

 

A: Yes, we have a very experienced gunsmith who is works in a very timely manner to complete repairs, upgrades, renders and more.

 

Q: Do you offer coating and finishing services?

 

A: Yes, we have cerakote services for firearms and more.

 

Q: Are you open to the public?

 

A: Yes, but this is through appointment only.

Q: Can you ship to other states within Australia?

A: Yes, we are able to ship direct to customers around Australia for unregulated items or to your local gun shop for controlled items. *Extra fees might apply when shipping to other gun shops.
