The Ghost Belt for IPSC/USPSA competitions comes with Velcro for attaching to the inner belt that feeds through the belt loops of your pants. This belt is very comfortable, yet rigid enough to securely carry any accessories that you require.
 
Measure your actual waist size   (do not use your pant size)
ORDER ONE SIZE BIGGER 
For a waist size of 90cm, order a 100cm belt
If your waist is between sizes, select the next larger one
(for example: if you measures 95cm, then order a 110cm belt)
To easily convert from Imperial Sizes common in Australia for Men's pants sizes to metric use the formula (Waist size in inches x 2.54 = waist size in cm) for example 38" x 2.54 = 96.52, order a 110 belt to suit.
